Synchronous lifting system

Synchronous lift pumps enable a single operator to control the entire lifting operation from a single device, eliminating the need for manual monitoring. Our SyncLift system combines high pressure hydraulics with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) controls to monitor and control each lift point. Through an integrated Human Machine Interface (HMI), all movements are managed from a central control location that displays real-time operations and real-time status updates. Depending on the cylinder capacity used, accuracy between lift points can be as low as 0.040 inches (1 mm).
